Welcome.
You belong here.
Inclusive coaching for every kind of mind.
You made it. And honestly? That took something — whether it was a big leap of courage, a quiet nudge from someone who cares about you, or just a moment of deciding that something needed to shift. Whatever brought you here, I'm really glad you're here.
This handbook is a little guide to help you settle in. It's not a rulebook or a list of requirements. Think of it more like a warm cup of something you like — something to help you feel at home before we even begin.
We'll go through what coaching is, what our time together might look like, and a bit about who I am and how I work. There's no quiz at the end. No right way to read it. Take your time, skip around if you want, and come back to any part that feels useful.

Hi, I'm Jen.
Choosing support is no small thing — I'm genuinely glad you're here.
Every kind of mind is welcome here
Neurodiversity-affirming, inclusive, and judgment-free.
You are the expert on your own life
I bring questions. You bring the answers.
Progress looks different for everyone
We celebrate all of it — even the tiny wins.
A Note on "All Along"
The name means something to me. It's a reminder that the answers, the strength, the creativity — they've been with you all along. We're just going to find them together.

Coaching is a conversation
that moves you forward.
A space where you get to think out loud.
Coaching is one of those things that can be a little hard to describe until you experience it. It's a collaborative, forward-focused conversation — a space where you get to explore what matters to you and figure out what you actually want. Not what you think you should want, or what someone else wants for you.
A coach asks questions. Good ones. The kind that help you see things from a new angle, notice patterns you hadn't spotted before, or get clear on something that's been fuzzy. Coaching is about you. Your goals. Your life. Your pace.
Coaching vs. Therapy — a quick look
Coaching and Neurodiversity
All Along coaching is specifically designed to be inclusive of neurodivergent minds — including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, anxiety, and other ways of thinking and being. We don't try to make you fit a neurotypical mold. We work with how your brain actually works.

This is a partnership.
And partnerships work best when both people show up.
Coaching isn't something I do to you — it's something we do together. You're not a passive recipient here. You're an active participant, and your engagement is what makes the magic happen.

What I Bring
Curiosity, warmth, and a genuine belief in you
Questions that help you think more clearly
A judgment-free space
Training, tools, and full presence
Flexibility — if something isn't working, we'll change it
What You Bring
Yourself — exactly as you are
Your goals, questions, and honest experience
Willingness to explore, even when it's uncomfortable
No need to have it all figured out
Just show up
Confidentiality
What you share in our sessions stays between us. Confidentiality is foundational to coaching. The only exceptions are situations where there's a risk of harm — and I'll always be transparent with you about those limits.

Here's what a session actually looks like.
Real conversations. No performances.
Before Your Session
You don't have to do anything special to prepare. But if it helps, you might ask yourself: What's on my mind right now? What do I want to focus on today? If you have a lot going on and can't think of anything specific, that's okay too. We'll figure it out together.
During Your Session
We'll start by checking in — how are you, what's alive for you today, what feels most important to focus on. Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes. We might explore a challenge, celebrate something that went well, work through a decision, or just think out loud. Sometimes sessions feel energizing and clear. Sometimes they feel a little tangled — and that's okay. The tangles are often where the good stuff is hiding.
After Your Session
You might feel energized, reflective, or a little tired — all of that is normal. Some people like to jot down notes while things are fresh. Others prefer to just let it settle. Between sessions, there's no pressure to 'do' anything specific — though if you want to, we can create some gentle experiments or next steps together.
Coaching is a journey.
Here's what the road might look like.
In the Beginning
The first few sessions are about getting to know each other and getting clear on what you want. It's normal to feel a little uncertain at first. There's no right way to do coaching. We'll find your way.
As We Go
Over time, you'll start to notice things. Patterns you hadn't seen before. Strengths you'd forgotten about. New ways of thinking about old problems. Coaching tends to build on itself — each session opens up a little more space.
Progress Looks Different for Everyone
Some clients come in with a specific goal. Others are more exploratory. Both are completely valid. Progress isn't always linear. Sometimes you'll have a breakthrough. Sometimes the shift is so subtle you almost miss it — until one day you realize things feel different.
When Coaching Ends
Coaching relationships have a natural arc. When the time comes to wrap up, we'll do it intentionally — celebrating how far you've come and making sure you feel equipped to keep going on your own. And if life brings you back to coaching later, the door is always open.

A few things that help us both show up well.
Think of these as shared agreements, not rules.
Show Up as You Are
You don't need to perform or pretend. If you're having a hard day, say so. If you're confused, say so. The more honest you can be, the more useful our time together will be.
It's Okay to Not Know
Coaching is full of questions — and not all of them have immediate answers. You're allowed to say 'I don't know.' In fact, 'I don't know' is often the most interesting place to start.
Give Yourself Permission to Change Your Mind
What you want from coaching might shift over time. Your goals might evolve. That's not inconsistency — that's growth. If something feels off, just say so. We'll adjust.
Cancellations and Scheduling
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give me as much notice as you can — ideally 24 hours. I'll do the same for you. We'll work out the specifics in our coaching agreement.
Feedback Is Welcome
If something isn't working — a question felt off, a session didn't land, you want to try something different — please tell me. I genuinely want to know. This is your coaching, and I want it to feel right for you.

You're already on your way.
If you're reading this, you've already taken a step. And that matters.
Your first session
A chance to meet, get comfortable, and start to explore what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. We'll just talk.
Find your rhythm
We'll settle into a session frequency and format that works for your life, your brain, and your goals.
All along the way
I'll be here. Not just in sessions, but as a consistent, caring presence in your corner. That's what 'all along' means to me.
"Whatever brought you here — curiosity, courage, a little desperation, a friend's recommendation, or just a gut feeling that it was time — I'm glad it did. You deserve support. You deserve a space that's made for you."

Life Coaching and Mental Wellness
Inclusive coaching for every kind of mind.

Before we meet.
A little about you, in your own words.
There are no right or wrong answers here. This form helps me show up prepared and present for our first conversation. Take your time, skip anything that doesn’t feel relevant, and know that everything you share is confidential.

A few things I love.
Reading and listening between sessions.
These are books and podcasts I genuinely love and return to. They're not required reading — think of them as an open invitation. If something catches your eye, follow that curiosity. And if nothing does right now, that's completely fine too.
